Deliciously Easy Beefcakes

If there is one thing I love more than anything when it comes to cooking, it's finding a deliciously easy dish.

Something the whole family can get behind. Maybe even cheer a little when I tell them I’m making it... Is that too much to ask?

Well, lucky me, I found one that fits the bill.

These beefcakes are the Channing Tatum of the beef world.

First, let it be said that cupcakes are my kryptonite. But a meat cake, I can get down with them.

These beef “cupcakes” even have cheese melted on top, just like icing. Or not. Super easy to make and you might even hear a cheer in your own house.

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 3 eggs
  • ⅓ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup fresh basil
  • ½ onion
  • 1 tbs gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Grass-fed cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Put fresh basil and onion in food processor and blend well.

In a large bowl, combine meat, beaten eggs, basil and onion mixture, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure to mix all ingredients into meat.

Spray a muffin tin and divide the meat into 12 even balls.

Place the muffin tin on a cookie sheet to prevent any spills.

Bake for 30 minutes and remove from oven.

Add cheese to the top and place back in the oven. Broil for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

You're welcome.
