5-Ingredient Fall Pork Chops, Plus an Update

This newly created 5-Ingredient Fall Pork Chop recipe was a huge hit with all of the Parker clan. The total time to make these chops clocks is under 30 minutes. I served them over Cauliflower Rice with Roasted Asparagus and Steamed Green Beans. The sage in it gives this dish an earthy fall flavor and would be good with a big bowl of my Pumpkin Soup as well.

Lazy Keto Chicken Enchiladas

Have you ever seen “quick and easy” cooking videos show up in your Facebook feed and thought, “I could totally make these!” only to find yourself halfway through the prepping realizing that it’s anything but easy and a whole lot more work than is shown in the 2 minute clips?

It happens to me all the time.

I soon realized the only way I was going to be able to go to the function and stay in my keto lane was by making some food that I could bring and share with everybody else.

Memorial Day the Keto Way

I can’t think of anything better than spending time with family and friends, filling my loved ones with fantastic food and making memories to last a lifetime. Those are all the things I look forward to now that summer is right around the corner.

I’m a lot like Monica from Friends in the fact that I love hosting get-togethers at my house and aim to be the hostess-with-the-mostest.

Chicken Stir-Fry and Eating Seasonal

It’s April (can you believe it?) and Spring has sprung for sure, at least here in Florida!

My favorite part, as with the beginning of each new season, is the excitement of looking around the grocery store to see what seasonal delights Spring has to offer.

Mother Nature did not disappoint.

Today, I’m sharing one of my favorite dishes to incorporate a lot of the veggies you may be seeing in your local stores, Chicken Stir-Fry.
